Week 1: Daniel Fast Recipe - Apple Pie Smoothie

Apple Pie Smoothie:

½ c (120g) unsweetened applesauce

¼ c (60mL) unsweetened almond milk or soy milk

¼ tsp (1g) ground cinnamon

1 ½ – 2 c ice cubes

  1. Add everything to a blender in the order listed, and pulse until smooth. Drink immediately.


For a sweeter smoothie, add your favorite sweetener to taste.
