Back to Service Information

As we are now returning to church, we want to encourage everyone to continue to exercise Godly wisdom, particularly as the community spread of COVID 19 is increasing in the metro area.

If you have had a KNOWN personal exposure to COVID 19, it is important that you do NOT come to church. For your safety, your family’s safety and your church family’s safety, you should self-isolate for the recommended number of days prior to your return to CB. For anyone with an exposure to a COVID positive person, or those who have been in a setting where individuals have not used masks or socially distanced, you can be contagious for up to 2-5 days BEFORE you experience significant symptoms.

COVID-19 affects different people in different ways. Infected people have had a wide range of symptoms reported – from mild symptoms to severe illness.

Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus

The recommendations from the CDC show that after COVID 19 diagnosis, you should self-isolate or quarantine for 10 days after a mild illness (from the date of onset of fever or symptoms), 14 days for a moderate to severe illness. and 24 days if you live in close contact wth a person of positive diagnosis. A moderate to severe illness is described as trouble breathing, persistent pain or pressure in the chest, confusion, inability to stay awake or signs and symptoms of respiratory failure. These are the individuals who are often hospitalized.

We want to thank you in advance for your understanding. We NEVER want to NOT see our family at church but have the responsibility to educate and keep everyone healthy and continue to do the work of the Lord.

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.“ Isaiah 41:10
